So this was a side step to the work. Redrawing the diagramto show the overlapbetween user and Secondary Nodes only. This kind of made sense as the Primary nodes are controlled byindustry not the user; in fact collaboration is only valued at the level of deisgn (user requirements), production (user values) and distibution (user access).
But this is all very tradditional thinking. Markets are being more influenced by the users voice (Blogs for example), so the users do influence the communications enterprises (User Reviews of products), Manufacturing, where the customisation of products occurs, and distribution, where the second hand market is rising - ebaby.
So it seemed sensible to redraw aagin - showing the users relationmship betweem Primary and Secondary Nodes.
